| Both seller and buyer must register as users of this auction and must accurately and completely register as a user agreeing to the terms and conditions to use this auction. Both seller and buyer indemnifies and holds VFD-Fire Group, Will Griffin Fire all of its employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns to be harmless by any and all representations regarding the merits and conditions of all fire trucks, ambulances and equipment listed for auction through the VFD-Fire Group and its auction services to selles and buyers. Both seller and buyer agrees that all matters regarding title, possession, transportation, delivery and final closing of sale are matters solely between buyer and seller and VFD-Fire Group, Will Griffin Fire all of its employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns will have no part, responsibility, or liability in these final closing matters between seller and buyer. Buyer agrees that they will make a deposit of five percent (5%) of the final auction and purchasing price to the VFD-Fire Group, within 72 hours after being invoiced to do so, with Paypal or bank wire instructions to verify and qualify buyer as a successful bidder and to affirm qualififications of the buyer to the seller. Buyer agrees that all representations regarding conditions, facts, functions, included equipment and all related descriptions of the item offered by seller, was written and submitted by seller and VFD-Fire Group and all of its web sites, employees, agents, officers, successors, and assigns, are not responsible for any promotions or descriptions used in this auction by the sellers. Seller agrees that upon notice of a successful bidder, you will accept an amount from the bidder that is five percent (5%) less of the final auction price. |
